wbhoa 002Westbank Estates community is located in the Town of Gilbert on the SE corner of Cooper Rd. and Ray Rd. 85233. We are comprised of 168 single story and 2 story, single family homes constructed on or about 1997. The original builders were Valencia Homes and Forecast Homes.

The HOA Board of Directors consists of volunteer members elected by the homeowners. Directors are elected each year during the annual meeting of the homeowners each Spring. Two of the Directors are elected each year for a 3 year term. The Board contracts with Kinney Management Services to conduct the day-to-day business affairs of the Association based upon general guidance from the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors regularly meets once per quarter (see calendar for dates) to discuss the business of the association. These meetings are open to the public and begin at 7:30pm at the Starbucks Coffee Shop inside the Fry’s grocery store at Cooper & Warner in Gilbert.

The current HOA Assesment is $38 per month and is due on the 1st day of each month with a $15 late fee being charged after the 15th of the month. Normal trash collection (black cans) and recycling (blue cans) are both picked up every Thursday. Cans must be placed on the street at the curb no earlier than 6pm the previous night and must be removed and stored out of sight by 6pm the day of pickup. Bulk trash is picked up according to the this schedule and must be placed on the street at the curb.

The Westbank Estates HOA also presents an Annual Meeting/Block Party each year sometime in the Spring. Watch for more information about this and other events.
